Installed dishwasher and garbage disposal incorrectly. Used wrong type of wood to stabilize dishwasher, finishing work unattractive and with wrong wood trimming. I gave them almost a gallon of paint to match living room paint for the kitchen… They never brought back the paint I gave them. They did not leave the kitchen paint either. Now I cannot match paint for touch ups. I did call a couple of times. They responded once, I texted once but never came back after I paid them.

Fahim was extremely responsive and was diligent in following through with any issues which arose. I am fairly particular and picked up on small details which he was always willing to address quickly. I found him to be extremely flexible and willing to accommodate me when I made changes to the original scope.
