Due the age of my HVAC, I decided to replace it. Big mistake! The new Lennox system is not opportunity well, currently 85 degrees. Not the first time. Multiple visits for both too hot or too cold. I had a system put in my son's as well. They have issues especially humidity which was reacjingb80 per cent. Tech sat in the basement reading about how to fix it. Lack confidence in this tech! Loved the company before they were bought out!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement

I had to fight M.E. Flow to acknowledge an installation problem that was literally sitting in front of them. They installed a Carrier water-source heat pump in my Arlington condo in October 2025. The written scope included a new pan, water safety switch, and warranty/maintenance coverage. After installation, the unit was extremely loud, pushed too close to the wall on the return/filter side, and missing the auxiliary pan listed in the scope. For months, I was told nothing was wrong. They even sent the original installer back to inspect his own work twice, and both times he said everything was fine. It honestly felt like being gaslit over something obvious. Only after repeated calls, photos, follow-ups, and escalation did M.E. Flow finally acknowledge the issue. They came back, added the missing pan, and moved the unit about 7 inches from the wall ? proving the original setup was not acceptable. Now they still owe me written confirmation of the warranty extension I was told I would

We had M. E. Flow come out in September to inspect the HVAC at the house we just bought. A man came, inspected, and cleaned the AC unit and furnace. Sold me on a UV light air cleaner and a service *membership* which allegedly covered the cleanings and inspection now and again for the AC in the spring and guaranteed a discount on future service. It seemed overly expensive, but I was suckered in by the promise of future savings from the discount and priority service. The first cold day in December, our furnace suddenly stopped working. I called M. E. Flow at 11 AM and explained the situation. The guy on the phone was polite, friendly, and professional. He was very apologetic about putting me on hold while he made some calls to make sure we could *get on the board* for service the same day. I really did not mind being on hold as long as it was getting sorted out. He told me that someone would come out the same day and said was the tech would call 20-30 min before arriving. I was satisfied with the service and thankful I d paid for the service *membership* in September. Then I waited... and waited... and waited. It is now almost 24 hours later and I have received no word. Thankfully we have a fireplace. With the fireplace and my anger at M. E. Flow boiling with the heat of a thousand suns, we were able to keep the house above 50 through the night. At 6 AM I called and followed the voicemail prompts to leave a message that will be received when M.E. Flow opens at 7 AM. I left a message and waited. At 730 AM I called again and was told by a polite but curt woman that she was from the answering service and all she could do was take another message. At 830 AM I called back a third time and finally got someone. The man I spoke with apologized about the situation and explained that I had never been *put on the board* for service. He was very nice and professional, seemed to genuinely care about my predicament, and wanted to make it better. However, that does not excuse whatever M. E. Flow failure lead to the situation in the first place. I was again told I was *on the board* for today and that I would get a call 20-30 min before someone comes. Hopefully someone will come today. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but if M. E Flow cannot handle the demand, just say so and let customers get service somewhere else. Do not waste peoples time and fireplace fuel. And do not sell me a service *membership* that is ultimately worthless. The whole point is that I pre-pay for service in the hope I get it in the future. What is the point in a service *membership* if I cannot get service? This will be the last time we deal with them.

After several years of noticing deteriorating client service, I ended my relationship with them. The straw that broke the back of the camel happened recently related to an HVAC inspection that I prepaid for as part of a membership agreement. They gave me a 5-hour window for the service call, and nobody showed up or gave me a call to let me know. When I called them to inquire why this happened, I was told that they were overcome by service calls and clearly concluded to chase after the new revenue rather than honor a commitment they had to an existing client on a prepaid call. They offered me a new appointment, but I would have to wait 3-4 weeks to reschedule. I demanded a refund of my membership agreement outlay, and I am still waiting for it two weeks later. Use them at your own risk.

i received the written proposal and it was not detailed enough. The price was quoted for "what is mentioned above". So as the above was only for two pieces of equipment, no manpower or anything else mentioned!!! i.e. what is not on paper is not legally covered. I do not have time to phone everybody up and ask to complete the document. I still in the process of deciding. And am trying to get all the information for the quotes that I have.

Good job of removing the 70 year old oil furnace. They were careful with the mess. I would highly recommend M.E. Flow for a heat pump installation.
