I hired Melo in March 2023 to clean exteriors of a residence. Very friendly and customer service oriented from start to finish. Responsive to request for bid, Bailey was great explaining things. Their price was competitive and I appreciated that they were family business. Before hiring, I checked their credentials with L&I and happy to see they were registered, in good order, and insured. Service was excellent, I really appreciate a number of things including that they documented the conditions of the project and they took care while doing the job. They also cared about the details, for example, how I wanted to dispose of the moss they cleaned off the roof. I am satisfied with the results. Cole provided excellent information about the process and regular updates. I also appreciate the assurances they made to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Melo and would use them again for an exterior cleaning, gutters and roof.

The crew showed up in Tumwater right on time. Throughout the process they took before and after photos of the roof and gutters, which showed what an excellent job they had done. They were prompt, diligent, and friendly. They left the roof and surrounding yard looking spotless. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will use them again and would recommend them to any and all.
