I hired this company to repair 3 doors for me that would not latch/close. The quality of the work was subpar at best. I left 2 stars instead of one because technically the doors did close and latch. But one door was in such a bind that it had to be redone and another door still rubs when you go to close it, and the third door has such a big gap in it now that you can litterally see right thru it. And in the end her solution was to put a catch on it that is meant for an exterior door, just to get it to latch. I really belive I could have probably did a better job myself, instead of relying on what I thought was a pro. I think it goes without saying that I will not be hiring this company in the future.

I am satisfied that the job that I needed done was completed in a timely fashion. I would hire this this service again.

I had a few projects to tackle. A bid was given that was within my budget. I appreciated how they listened to my needs and how they made them a reality for me. I was consulted before changes, informed of any change in the original bid. Each project was completed, examined with me and approved as satisfied by me before the next project was started. All projects were completed within the agreed time frame. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, and respect toward me and my home. MELTED Home Services repaired my sliding door, and changed some light bulbs I didn’t want to climb for. They were kind, friendly (my dog loved them) and efficient. Also very reasonable charges for their service. I highly recommend them and am sure I will call them again.

I wanted a sturdy Little Free Library built to replace a very un-sturdy one. When we met I showed them the plans I’d found. They asked very good clarifying questions and had great suggestions. They promptly sent a very professional quote and communicated throughout the project. It was finished within a week and is absolutely perfect!
