"We not only pumped a septic tank, but also an unknown pump chamber. We didn't charge extra for the weekend visit because of this, and pumped the two tanks for the regular rate. The final price of the pump repair was quoted before the repair was started. Finally, the homeowner neglected to call us to repair the pump promptly as advised, and I agreed to charge only $50 to bring back the pump truck."
