Excellent service within short time frame. Gave a quick and detailed overview of the work needed to fix my burst line and spigot behind my wall. Fixed related extension to 2nd floor deck. Their customer service was professional and courteous and promptly replied back or connected me to workers.

This guy is a no joke professional. Yeah he's a qualified plumber but he responded like a business man, quickly, politely, no nonsense a fair price and fast. He was about getting in and out! Not milking the job. We were extremely pleased.

Fraitag plumbing reinstalled our kitcehn sink plumbing after we had a new counter put in. They were very competitively priced. They also kept to the estimate even though the job took longer than anticipated. Another plus for them was theier ability to solve the problem of the supply lines being cut too short by the demollition team. I would definitely recommend them.

I never received a breakdown of his services and no clue of prices of materials or service. I don't know if I got a fair price for services and am very unsatisfied.

Quality of work and customer service

I got a few people to give me an estimate. But I found out that M.Fraitag is the best. They came a few hours after I called. Very very friendly people and they know what they are doing. I am extremely happy with this business and I will definitely recommend them.

Had a sewer block in the middle of snow storm. Response was prompt. Well definitely use M. Fraitag Plumbing again if needed (but am hoping I won't have too!!!) :)

This companies rates are very competitive, that is, they are quite reasonable when compared to others. Nonetheless, the fees for professional plumbers are the same as my attorneys and equally as outrageous. The bill came to $387 for 1 hour. While I do deeply appreciate that they are both excellent at their jobs I'm sorry the cost is so inflated.

i needed a new shower door for a bathroom remodel. i could not have chosen a better firm for the job. From the beginning to the end of the purchase and install David was there overseeing and keeping me apprised of the progress. I could not have been happier with the results.
