I wanted someone local and willing to make my service call a priority. The MG Appliance repair service showed up in Angi's list and when I requested a quote, they called immediately and provided me with service call pricing and availability. I was surprised that their pricing was lower than other appliance repair services and they also had next day availability. David the technician, was cordial, courteous and worked diligently to get to the root of the problem. He found a couple of issues, repaired them, and he told me I had 1 year labor warranty and could reach back out to them with any issues. He also asked me to call them back that day or the next day to confirm everything was working well. Very nice that they really care! Excellent service, cheap pricing, fast response, great availability and a friendly, experienced technician--what more could you ask for? Call them and see for yourselves--You will be glad you did!Â
