Maid Service
I am a single guy in a two story party house. I hired MG cleaning for a post party clean up. They left my place spotless. I could not be more happy with how clean they left my house. They are very pleasant to deal with and try hard to accommodate my busy and unpredictable schedule. I will hire them again and again. You canâ t beat their price for the quality of work they provide. I did not realize how dirty my house was and how I have been living these past years until I hired them. I am very happy and have also received many compliments from my friends. Thank you MG cleaning.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The first team I hired canceled 15 minutes before the appointment time. So I called this one and I was quoted a price of $200 for a move-in clean. I told them I would pay them 300 because it was filthy. I told them there was no need to do toilets or floors because I was replacing them. We actually spoke on the phone so I was detailed about what I wanted. Two people came and stayed for a couple of hours and I paid them $300. I did not walk through there work nor did I know if I needed to. One of them did not speak English so I could not even communicate. They left the top shelf of every cupboard untouched. They did clean the frig(which was new), and the stove. The showers are still totally disgusting. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink this morning. I am very disappointed.
Response from MG Cleaning Services
"Hi Charissa, we are sorry you are unsatisfied with our job because for us it is very important for customers to be happy. Yes, we went the same day that the other company canceled on you trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We did not charge the $300 amount, you were the one who suggested that amount of money. There were a lot of people working in the house as well remodeling even painters were going to show up the next day to paint the cabinets. Since we do take pride in our work you seemed very happy when my team left. We could have even gone back the next day if you were not fully satisfied, but it's been more than two weeks."

I hired them today for the first time ever to clean my home and they went above and beyond. I was very pleased. They also cleaned my oven and made it look almost new again. I recommend this company.

I paid for a move out clean. We were told $140 upon initial conversation. Once they completed the job they increased it to $200. They left blinds broken and dirty. They did not clean the stove or oven. Did not wipe down counters. Left walls dirty. They removed very minimal trash from home (toilet cleaner, 3 dried Roses and a vase) left it on the front patio. I contacted them regarding the broken blinds and dirty blinds, trash left behind they said they think its a-okay. Would attach pictures and text messages if it had the option.

MG responded quickly to my request and each subsequent text, arrived on time, and did a very good job deep cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, including the inside of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and built-up grease in air vents above the microwave. They brought a ladder and dusted ceiling fans, light fixtures, and HVAC vents.

The team is dedicated to doing a real good job. They moved the stove and fridge to clean behind it and cleaned the microwave and the kitchen real GOOD! It was a big job I couldn't have done myself and I am grateful for those 'extra' hands. Thank you.

MG and his team (his mother and father) were incredible. They walked into an extraordinary situation with grace and excellence. The house was a big job had not been cleaned for years because residence overwhelmed by health issues. There were several challenging rooms, but they were extremely thorough. They didn t only dust, sweep and mop. They arranged furniture and cleaned every single trinket. Incredible. They transformed the house from a train wreck to a peaceful haven and demonstrated care and compassion for the residents. I HIGHLY recommend MG and his team! They are worth every penny and more.
