We shopped around for quotes and met with a few companies before working with MG Contracting. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work was very high. I really appreciated that they were flexible to meet my schedule since I am working from home, finished the job in one day and left our home cleaner than they found it.

Due to the urgency, Mike made a point to squeeze us in his schedule, and came out same day (on his off time); I was impressed immediately just because of that, as I had apprised Home Advisors that this was an emergency and I needed someone out that same day (if possible) for asbestos testing of our kitchen floor. Initially on the phone, he took time to explain the process and what would need to happen if results returned negative or positive, he also ensured I understood what was explained. Very professional and personable, prompt and considerate; excellent customer service, provided great prevention advice; reasonably priced/best price over the other competition. Testing was done for asbestos; very prompt in getting results back to us. We are looking at doing future home improvements; we will be contacting Mike again in the future, if a need for testing/asbestos removal is required for our other projects. I would strongly recommend them to anyone; you will not be disappointed.

What a professional team!! They were on time, on budget, no hidden fee’s and completed the work above expectation. The safety precautions were excellent and the follow-up with removing the hazardous material was according to regulations. Once they had the asbestos removed, they did an air quality test for confirmation I had a healthy and safe environment. They left my property extremely clean and with no additional follow-up work required by me. I highly recommend Central Industrial Asbestos.
