MG Heating & Air Conditioning

Mike, was very accommodating with my time to take a look at my A/C problem on Sunday. I originally asked him for just a quote, but when he was able to diagnose what my repair was and give me a very fair price on the repair, so I just asked him to make the repair while he had time without soliciting any other bids. By the way, the A/C is working great, too!

I was really impressed by the tech that came out to fix my Air Conditioning. He did a great job and was very professional. He fixed the job in a timely mannor. I was very happy with the job that he did and I would hire him again. I am also going to recomend him to everyone else I know.

The guys were great. Very knowledgable, respectful and friendly. The job looks very clean and nice.

1) he called back within 3 minutes of me placing a request for providers 2) emergency repair. he arrived within 1 hr. 3) he called around on a saturday to find replacement part (controller board). Picked up part and completed repair same day.

Mike was ontime with the appt. and was friendly and professional, that I felt I can trust him. He explained every step as he did the repairs, which I liked. My a/c was only blowing room temp. air & no cold air, I suspected it may need freon. The a/c was turning on and off every few minutes. Mike inspected the entire system & determined the a/c needed freon and had some loose wiring. Mike did his repairs quickly and provided me the invoice which I thought was a fair price, I actually thought it would have been more. So i would definately recommend Mike. Thanks Mike :-)

Excellent! Pay $120 for cleaning of two A/C units. Got ripped off by West Coast Chief Repair, Inc. for a $45 service visit after being quoted $350 for the same cleaning job. West Coast Chief Repair, Inc. quotes you one price on the phone and another when they get to the job site.

The job was done, but the problem persisted. They came back and fixed the problem, so for now things are fine. I will say that he was very nice about making sure he came to the house to make things right.

Showed up on time and completed the job accurately and quickly.

Masis delivered. He took minor changes to the project in stride and even though I had paid him in full came back next week after completion to change out an accessory as he had promised.

He was knowlegable and fixed the problem and charged us a very reasonable price.
