MGI responded to my quest and scheduled my appointment quickly. The best price by far!!!! The range of quotes I received from different companies differed wildly. Sometimes when you live in Great Falls, you feel that you are being gouged. Andrew was professional and helpful. And he spent time talking with me and my neighbor about a sensitive fencing issue between the properties. He handled it perfectly. MGI has my highest recommendation.

We were in need of a new plat for our property, but this was our first experience requesting a survey so we didn t know where to start. Andrew quickly and patiently answered our questions to help us feel comfortable. His price was 25% less than other quotes we received, and he was able to perform the work within a week of our initial conversation. In fact, he even turned the plat around on the same day that he performed the survey, to help keep us on schedule. If we ever need these services in the future, I know where we ll turn!

I called Andrew at MGI to prepare a new Home Survey Plot for us to have an addition added. He answered the phone and I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back which was a big plus to me. He gave me a quote via email within a few minutes after looking up my address. He was able to schedule the following Monday. I called on a Saturday. He let me know what time he would arrive and contacted me on the way, arrived on time, answered my questions, went to work with his equipment and came back to the door when he was ready to leave. Within hours, i had a digital copy of the professionally drawn plot with the house and dimensions. And his price was considerably less than others. Additionally one of the companies listed never called me back which doesn't go well for them. I am happy with Andrew and MGI!

I highly recommend MGI / Andrew Hornbeck for surveying work. I needed my property boundary marked before replacing a fence. Andrew completed the survey within a few days of my request. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough in placing enough stakes to make it very clear where the property lines are. He emailed a PDF of the survey the same day as he completed the survey work. Job was to locate property markers and replace any not found and stake out the property lines for a fence install. They did a great job, they were there exactly when they said they'd be, explained everything they'd found and what they were going to do.

I used Andrew for a house location survey in preparation for a renovation. He responded to my query within hours (including licensing and insurance information), and had the best price. He was here early (that's good) and quickly staked out our property lines that covered both of our affected neighbors. he found original metal stakes (that were buried) and confirmed the marked lines that are on our plat with his own stakes.
