windows and the finished product are fantastic. The installer was very professional and did fantastic work. I appreciated the candor of the salesperson very much. We got the perfect windows within out budget. However, our project ran into problems during the tear out of the original windows. This was unexpected to us but told that this happens a lot. The installer and salesperson agreed the right thing to do was fix it on their dime but the owner of the company was a challenge to work with on this. In the end they fixed everything on quote but I would have felt uneasy about paying them to fix it, ya know? Project started late.

The windows purchased are fine and they replaced the windows in the promised time but I wasn't all that thrilled with the installation. I wish they did a better job insulating around the window on the outside to stop air leaks.

It was very positive, well explained, great price, concentious worker professionally done and looks great.

Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and monitored the work on a daily basis. Completely answered any questions we had. Work was excellent.

I WAS CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY, THE SAME DAY YOU RECOMMENDED THEM, I SENT EMAIL AND GOT A PHONE CALL WITHIN THE HOUR. THE SALESMAN CAN OVER THE NEXT DAY AND GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR WAS VERY GOOD. WINDOWS REPLACED AND COMPLETE SIDING JOB WAS DONE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. CONSIDERING IT ALL HAPPENED DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS THAT WAS EXTREMELY FAST, I THOUGHT. i HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. I LOVE MY HOUSE, THE HEATING BILL WENT DOWN AND THE HOUSE IS MICE AND COZY NOW.

The man who did our work was very nice & on time. That said, his work was sub-par and the price charged was outrageous. While I agreed to the bid, I had nothing to base my decision on (no exp. with vinyl siding)...my bad. The corner vinyl piece replaced slipped and when I asked for repair I got a screw at the top (not correct). The kick-out flashings I envisioned were commercial quality what I got was a quicky-fab job that works but doesn't look professional. Finally, my re-located porch light is 1/16" lower on one side. I wasn't going to complain, but I kepy getting these emails asking for comment...so here it is. I don't recommend.

Very happy with install/price.Unhappy with communication.Window/moulding to be replaced.Asked how the install would go,contractor said one thing,installer did another.Called contractor to find out when install to happen,he thought was going,gave excuses.Installer put in sliding glass door WITHOUT our knowledge.Contractor vouched for the guy.Contractor must allow anyone in his home without his knowledge.Installer,nice,things OK.Installer did fantastic job,but NOT a finisher.Contractor not a great communicator,avoids me,acts like he's not in the "know" sometimes.Tad frustrating,once finished,will be wonderful.
