Friendly and Capable

there was additional cost that were not disclosed until we were well unto the job. we couldn't say no. then the details in the work weren't very well. We had never had a pool and some of the work not done well. They also didn't see we had a crack skimmer which could have been repaired during the pool resurfacing. ?

Atanas was great to work with and flexible with scheduling. He got the job done in a timely fashion and made sure it was done right.

Though the owner can be a little curt on the telephone, I think that is just a cultural thing. He is very nice and professional when he actually comes to your house. They did a great job and told me everything they were doing as they were doing it. Will be using them again!

MGN Pools came to service our pool, which needed power washing, refilling and replacement to the pool pump and other equipment. We are so happy with the results - they did and awesome job and our pool looks gleaming now! They came and gave us an appraisal and were able to accommodate our dates, albeit some work conflicts and helped us get the pool ready for a family gathering on time. But most of all, they did an amazing job and were very professional. There are few companies out there that provide exceptional service at competitive prices, they are very honest and they deliver! pool opening was timely and pool was cleaned well. Mgn identified a leak at the filter release valve and expected it to seal itself... required return trip but resolved without issue. opening included chemicals... just over loaded tablets in floaters and in the skimmer. Chems should never be put into skimmers because it will rot out copper heater lines. Did not adjust Ph.
