Where MG Plumbing excelled was customer service. Prompt, courteous, calling before arrival and completed all the various jobs I needed done. Mike went above and beyond other plumbers. I know because I called him in to fix something another plumber could/would not. Due to the amount of work I needed done, it took time and multiple visits. As parts or fixtures I ordered came in, Mike came back each time with no more wait than two days despite having a more significant, no doubt more profitable, job elsewhere. His rates are equitable with other plumbers. He finished all the work I had built up around the house; main shutoff replacement, kitchen faucet replacement, water softener installation, shower valve repair, hand shower installation, toilet repair, sink stopper toggle rod replacement and shower cartridge replacement. Mike listened to my individual needs and delivered on what I requested. I will be sure to call Mike for any future plumbing needs.
