Lovely people. Expensive for the service

I got service from the cleaning company on 11/18/2018. They did the worst job ever. If you want to waste money, you should hire them. I wish I can post picture of the terrible cleaning service they provided. 1st of all, this woman Anna brought her 90 year old mother with her to help her clean a house for an eight out cleaning service. This woman could barely climb the stairs and could not speak English. 2nd of all they did not have a broom and had to use mine to clean my house. Third of all I had to provide them with a ladder to clean the ceiling fans. I walk in the house after the cleaning and asked my wife are they on a break? Are they coming back because the floors are not clean. The stove top was not clean. There were cobwebs in visible places and the bathroom floors were not mopped. They came back tonight and refused to fix the issues that we were having with the service. They came in and mopped my main floor with a mop handle with a blue and white towel on it. Then Anna pretend not to understand English and start crying. Who does that? They refused to resolve the issues we were having and offered to give our tip money back. These had to be the worst service provider. If this is what you offer, I’m sorry I would have to go through another site for service. They did not provide my wife a recipient after payment. They may not be legal citizens or have a work visa. This poor old woman was subjected to be around the chemicals and fumes. That can’t be safe and it would have been terrible if she had feel out and I had been sued. This have to be some violation of labor laws to have this 90 yr old woman cleaning houses and can barely walk up the stairs.

MGS did a deep clean on a dirty house that is occupied by 3 men. She did a great job and worked very hard for hours to get the house Spic and Span for me. Highly recomend!!

Anna was easy to work with and did a good job without being supervised or micromanaged.

some areas are cleaned good. missed few areas. bathrooms and floors have to be cleaned again.

Seems inexperienced in how to deep clean, and certain areas were left undone. However, the operator is very pleasant, just needs to step up her skills and techniques a bit.

Anna and her coworker were very thorough. They cleaned areas I wouldn’t have thought to clean. Our hardwood looks great. They clean way better than I do.

Ana did an amazing job, quick and at a reasonable price. This was for a move-out clean for my old apartment, but she did such a great job that now I want to use her periodically for my new house! She is fantastic!
