Mike and crew screened in our back porch, approximately 250 sq ft, We live on a golf course and needed protection from bad golf shots. The finished product is absolutely the way we had envisioned it to be. There were some built in challenges for Mike to solve and his knowledge and skilled carpentry overcame these issues with perfection. The finished product looks like it has always been a part of our home. We couldn't be more satisfied. We highly recommend Mikes Handyman Service. Added bonus is that he left the job site in excellent clean condition. A big plus is that Mike is a great person, honest and trustworthy and just a good guy.

Mike is incredible! We have used him several times in the last 5 years to repair/remodel our old farmhouse and he is amazing - so talented. He has removed/replaced floors, cabinets, walls, windows, and more. He is always on time, his prices are fair and he treats every job as if he was repairing his own house. This guy is a true professional. He keeps you informed on each step through the various stages of the project - sends pictures, shares ideas, and suggestions to get your input before proceeding. Mike can do it all. He does not sub contract. Mike built us a one bed room one bath apartment for my Mother and Father in law. He and his crew did an outstanding job. We are highly satisfied. Mike handled the frame out, drywall, electrical, flooring, cabinets, paint, Complete turn key. He is honest and prices are fair and well within standards. Quality work all the way.!

He finished out a mother-in-law apartment for us. His workmanship was that of a highly skilled craftsman. He didn t sub contract anything out except the mini-split air conditioning systems we insisted on and he was there every day working alongside his help. He very diligent about staying within budget and finishing on time. Of course the thing that s hard to find in a contractor is trust and honesty, Mike is both. We never wondered if he was telling us the truth about the cost of something, how to properly do a task, or if he was going to show up. He had the keys to our shop and we never worried that any of our things would disappear. This man is a Godly guy that s the real deal. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We hired Mike to screen in our patio, and add a waterproof vinyl flooring to it. After dealing with a few shady contractors, and that is putting it nicely, Mike was a breath of fresh air! He takes pride in doing a job right, even if that means inconveniencing himself. He worked with us as we made some changes along the way. He is very reachable, simple a text message away, and he generally responds within minutes. His rates are reasonable, especially considering the quality of work. Our patio looks beautiful, and we can finally enjoy it mosquito-free! Mike showed his wife pics of the final product, and now she wants him to build him one... sorry about that Mike! I need some drywall repairs ASAP. I contacted Mike and he came over to look at the job within a couple of hours. Because we were having an appraisal we needed the work ASAP. He re-organized his work flow and was on the job the next morning. He pointed out problems that should be corrected and made those corrections for us. Very knowledgeable of code etc. Because TBT requires some drying time he volunteered to help me with some beads board installation and trim work. The price was excellent and I am very pleased with all of the work. We will be calling Mike in the future for all of our needs. Highly recommend Mike.

Mike had his team on the job much more quickly than I anticipated and he finished in a day and a half when I thought it would take three or four days. He did first class work at a reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again.

Mike is an overall "handyman" who wears many hats. I hired him to repair / replace my two window sills which were damaged from a few years of moisture and the material originally used was particle board, not real wood. So he replaced and painted my window sills to "perfection" using his own wood which he cut to size right on site. I could not be more happier with the phenomenal work he did, and he finished everything in a timely manner. I recommend Mike for almost anything you might need a handyman for! Great personality as well.

He repaired and painted all trim, front and back entry doors, and the garage door. Replace all outside light fixtures and rebuilt my fence gate.
