I had Mark replace 2 toliets and at the last minute opted to have my water softner replaced as well. Mark was very helpful in offering me advice and listened to my concerns regarding my plumbing issues and was able to address them. Everything works great - no leaks or messes!

The owner of the company "bandaged" an outside pipe with a white insulation and poorly taped pipe on the outside of a very dark brown exterior. It looks terrible--had I known, I would not have paid him until he made it look presentable.

I was happy with the repairs but when I called to discuss the issue of my broken ceiling and no shutoff valves on my tub I never received a call back. Otherwise they did a excellent job.

Fair on the budget because I hadn't expected the additional amount for parts that had to be replaced. Fair on cleanliness becuase guys don't pick up after themselves, he pushed out chairs and moved things around and didn't put them back. Not sure about the value because I can't judge that - I don't know how it all works.

Mark was here when he promised and his bill was as estimated even though the job turned out to be a little bit more complicated than it appeared. I would definitely use him in the future for another job and would highly recommend his services.

Worked well within estimate. Pointed out areas that were out of code and corrected them. Will definitely consider hiring MH Plumbing again when I redo my bathroom and kitchen.

Mark came and looked at the job and we came to an agreement. When I went to pick up the materials, the store didn't have what I wanted, so after consulting with Mark, I ordered the product and will phone him when it comes in. Contact me again in three weeks or so and I'll be happy to rate the service!!!
