Plumber said fee was $125 per hr starting from time he left HIS home. This was not discussed at time of scheduling. Plumber left my home to go and purchase parts, was gone for a extended time then said he would have to bill me for the time shopping for parts. Office Manager, Brittany did agreed to adjust the invoice. Had to cancel job before fully completed.

They did a great job, in spite of getting my phone number wrong, so when they were 45 minutes late, I called & we realized the problem. After that, they kept me informed, but due to an emergency call, they ended up having to reschedule. Luckily, I wasn't missing work and not in a rush - they were on time for the new appointment, got the job done quickly & efficiently and gave me a discount to make up for the previous missed appointment.
