These gentlemen were very conscientious about the quality of their work. Throughout the project they kept in contact with us and kept us updated on the status of our project. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, cleaned up their work site, and stand by the quality of their work. If we were to have a problem in the future, they offered to come fix it at no cost to us. You donâ t find many companies that are willing to stand by their work like that.

Communication! These guys demonstrated a consistent communication stream from bid to finish! This is a skill often missing with contractors these days, but not with these gentlemenâ ¦. They did what they said they were going to do, they kept me up to date all through the process and let me know up front when a hurdle or variance in process came up. The work was what I expected and they ensured We were on the right track! I highly recommend these gentlemen if you are considering hiring them for a project or installation! We hired Middleton and Williams during a crisis situation after our original contractor dropped the job. This company stepped in, assessed the situation, provided a reasonable quote, gave us a schedule to perform the work, and immediately worked into resolving the huge problem that had turned our house upside down. They completed the work professionally and with high quality. We were satisfied that Middleton and Wiliams rescued us from a bad situation and did excellent work, all for a reasonable price.
