Everything was good about my experience except for the cost. I was in a hurry to either get my original toilet repaired or replaced as it had a small leak. This gentleman contacted me right away after I put in a request for a plumber through Home Advisor. I never heard from anyone else. He promptly came out and told me I was better off replacing the original toilet and that he could do it for $850. He left to get the new toilet and then texted me and said he made a mistake and the cost would be $900. He spenet about an hour here replacing it. He was very friendly but I had the feeling that he was price gouging me. I later had another plumber come out for a different issue and asked him how much he would charge to replace a different toilet in my house, but with the same brand the other guy installed. His price was $650.
