MI Homesiding & Roofing is a family-owned and operated exterior remodeling company serving Knoxville and the surrounding 40-mile area since 2004. We specialize in siding, roofing, seamless gutters, soffit and fascia, windows, decks, exterior painting, and storm damage repair. Licensed General Contractor in Tennessee (License #13334), Workers' Compensation insured, and carrying General Liability coverage. BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. We publish real price ranges on our website because we believe homeowners deserve to know what a project costs before they call. If structural rot or hidden damage is found during a project, we issue a Change Order and repair it properly — we never hide problems behind new siding or paint. Free estimates.
