Great to work with. I definitely would recommend them!

Never use this company, they promise but they do not perform, Especially Senior citizen, Stay away. They drilled hole in my wall for insulation and ruined my electric in my kitchen and they have not resolved my electrical issues.

Bill and Chris were great to work with. Came across a couple of issues and Chris took charge of getting those resolved. I would highly recommend MI Insulation.

I contracted with this company to blow in insulation in my outside brick walls. They discover that there was insulation already in the walls!! They were honest, trustworthy, and the company to hire! Integrity and honesty in companies is a rarity but this company has it head and shoulders above the rest! Thank you!

Bill and his crew were absolutely wonderful from start to finish! From the first encounter for the price quote, Bill applied no pressure for business only a quote for work. He was interactive with my 6 month old (keeping distance with a mask on) and extremely informative about the procedure and rebates available through consumers. Upon filling out the rebate, I called Bill for a few answers and he answered quickly and helped finish the paperwork. The two men who performed the work were respectful and quick. There were a few unforeseen kinks in the process but was finished on time and correctly. 10/10 I would recommend Mi Insulation!

As a Disabled American Veteran, upon hiring this company to fill insulation in my attic, the services charged were more than I expected, but after the services were rendered, I observed my interaction with the owner Bill being less then professional over the phone. The owner Bill took issue with me validating the work that was done, by inquiring about the details of the insulation. The owner Bill was noticeably angry on the phone, acting belligerent towards me with foul language, and screaming at me to never call him again.  Even though the company arrived on time for work, Bill was not there to inspect and supervise the job.  Bill agreed to being there while the work was being done, but cancelled the day of the service.  Even though the quality of work may seem sufficient, I hired another attic insulation contractor to assess Bill and his teams job performance, and discovered that only R 38 Cellulose was installed, instead of the contracted R 49 Cellulose, and it was installed in waves, instead of being smoothed over and measured at R 49 across the attic. The overall job was sloppy and not up to expectations.  In summary, it is the opinion of the new contractor and myself, that I was swindled! 

He was awesome ,professional and polite.

Everything about the process was easy from the beginning to the end. Bill explained the process and answered all my questions along the way. Bill and his team were very professional and on time with everything. Bill and his team did a phenomenal job, and I highly recommend them!

Bill came out and was very helpful with all of our questions. Pricing was competetive and he informed us of rebate programs through Consumers Energy. Chris came out shortly thereafter, as scheduled, and completed the work. He cleaned up after and was done in less time than allotted. Will hire again.

Job was well explained- Able to see Attic both before and after completion of job Did what I told would be done Chris was communicative during the entire process.

The salesman's and installers were very professional and gave great service.

A no-nonsense contractor with knowledge and expertise.

Job was rushed, promised R49 only got r38-40 at best. Baffles not stapled in just pressed up against existing roofing nails protruding from roof. Some baffles have already came loose and need to go back and securely fasten. Chris came with inexperienced crew and was not prepared. Chris had to go back and fix mistakes, this probably would not have happened if they were not supervised. All Bill wanted - get paid and in cash only. Bill oversold his services.

We had MI Insulation (Bill) come out for an estimate and hired them. The crew Chris and 2 others were, On Time, Polite, Clean, Courteous. Highley recommends this Team!! #1 in our books. Thank you Bill and Beth C Sterling Heights, Michigan
