Very professional, and punctual.

I had what appeared to be a bad circuit in the garage. I started to look on Angies LIst, but never finished, nor made any kind of commitment. This guy calls saying he saw i was in need of help and shows up at my door 30 min later. It turns out the problem was found in the first 5 min. No parts needed. He said he needed $65. I could tell he was somewhat embarrassed by how easy it had been. Regardless, I paid without saying anything, knowing there probably was a minimum amount. He walked back to this truck, took a phone call from his boss, and came back to the front door saying he needed $145. I let him know I thought that was beyond belief. He said Angis List gave them our name and he had to pay them. I finally paid, but know that I got screwed. I never gave Angis List anything, nor did I make any commitment to the worker who showed up. I felt it was a sleazy operation.

They are awesome in getting my hot tub functional and other network connections. Kenneth was very easy to work with and coordinate other tasks.
