Juan seems very nice person, but he is not right person for business, I read his review, only three reviews, I called him he came on time we evaluate the drywall repairs in the master bathroom. We negotiated the labor cost we both agreed, and he promised to be there at 8:00 am Monday. I called him Sunday to make sure he coming to prepare the site, he said no I am not coming that is not enough money for removing the wallpaper and fix any patch. First he asked for $1200 we agreed to be $900 when asked him in the phone again how much do want he changed from $1200 to $1500. I said first you asked for $1200 he agreed. Then he taxed me different agreement $1300. I found he has no solid business issues to deal with him he can change his mind and agreement every five minutes I found it is scary to deal with him
