Electrical Switch Installation or Repair Service
I had called Mister Sparky to have one plug replaced and a switch and additional plug added . They were very prompt . The Electrician David that arrived was very knowledgeable and kind . He did a review of my Electrical panel . He then went over suggestions for things I might consider adding to the repair I needed . I appreciated the feedback I was given but quickly realized that the pricing was extremely excessive for the services offered . After going over the pricing for the two services I was requesting I choose just to replace the plug . So the plug was replaced taking about 5 minutes at a charge of $418.00 . The other service that I chose to decline was adding a switch controlling a plug that would have been about 5 feet away . That declined charge would have been $688. My best estimate is that service would have taken about 30 minutes . I do appreciate when called asking if I would refer them and I answered no because of overpricing they reduced the price . I rarely write reviews, but I am writing this review to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mister Sparky during the challenging times of Hurricane Beryl. Their dedication to their customers is truly commendable. Jonatan P. surveyed and provided an estimated cost on the spot as well as wealth information about what to most cost-effective Interlock Switch to add to my circuit breaker. This happened the Friday before the hurricane and early next week in the mist of all the drop pour Mister Sparky team of two quick installed and provided a temporary cable from the circuit breaker to my portable generator. From the moment I reached out, their team was responsive, professional, and empathetic to the situation at hand. Despite the severe weather conditions, they were able to provide prompt and efficient service, ensuring our safety and comfort during a time of great need. Their technicians were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also demonstrated a level of care and respect that was truly heartening to see. They took the time to explain the process, answer all our questions, and ensure we were comfortable with the solutions provided. Moreover, their commitment to following all safety protocols and guidelines was evident, providing us with peace of mind in an otherwise stressful situation.
