Everything up to the point that the project was completed was great. Six days after the installation I found a small area that needed to be fixed. We were told that we should be able to fix it on our own with pliers! The Contract states that they warranty the materials and workmanship for one year but moving forward I have no confidence this will be honored. I used Mi T Fence LLC instead of multiple other companies (with much lower quotes) because Mike (and the Contract) said they stood by their work. So if you want a fence with a true warranty on the materials or installation I would look elsewhere. Please learn from my mistake. Thanks.

All warranty issues are handled in a timely manner and many times within the same day of notification. Jennifer's fence was slightly blemished and very seldom overlooked by installer. Jennifer's fence warranty is as solid as her new fence itself."
