Michael put in two concrete pads in our backyard. The work is just horrible as the pads are not level at all. We had Michael over to discuss our concerns and asked him if he thought the quality of work was acceptable. He agreed with us that the quality of work was unacceptable and asked for some time to come up with a solution that would work for both of us., whether it be a partial refund or completing the work he was hired to do/leveling the concrete pads. We gave him some time and never heard anything back. I tried sending him emails, texts, and tried calling him but had to leave voicemails. He never responded AT ALL-just completely ignored my requests for a solution as he promised. He does not stand behind his work and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as they do not care about the quality of their work or customer service.
