Mr. Garcia and the team accomplished the skim coating or the walls and ceiling in a large area very quickly. He was dependable and professional, as was his team. We still had many areas on the ceiling and walls that needed to be patched after we painted. We would definitely use them again

Mr. Garcia and his team had a lot of work to do in a short time. They came in, removed wall paper in three bathrooms, repaired walls, smoothed popcorn ceilings in two large rooms, replaced rotted wood door frame on exterior, replaced three light fixtures in three bathrooms, replaced kitchen sink faucet, painted every room in the house, grouted two tile showers, pressure washed the driveway, patio, sidewalks and fence, and did a deep clean of the entire interior of our four bedroom home including the back of the two car garage door all in 4 days. On budget, and on schedule. The best part was the price was reasonable and all of it was quality work. Rare to find the level of commitment to quality with such a short time line for all the work performed. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia and his team for home improvement work especially if you are preparing to sell your home and want it to look move in ready.

We had painting and tile work done. We expected the walls to be prepped before painting. They did not remove any electrical outlet covers but painted around them, did not remove any hardware on the doors or the walls, just painted around them as well, did not do top underside of the windows on the top, did not fill in any noticeable nail holes. I was under the impression that this was common to painting that I did not need to specify this. Also when he gave us a price for this job, after going thru the house, when I mentioned removing the wallpaper, I was told it would be an additional $500!!. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are going over all the places we feel need touchups!!

They are dependable and got the work done in a very short time as compared to other contractors. I would definitely use them again.

They removed my popcorn ceiling and were fairly messy as they did not use a floor cover in all rooms and did not protect all of my walls with plastic. There were large chunks of popcorn ceiling behind my furniture. I am also missing my spare key and will now have to have my locks replaced.
