Excellent job, so thorough, would recommend him to anyone needing these services.

returned call right away. came on time. sent report right away.

Mike, was so responsive to my inquiry to the point that he showed up at my door to conduct my home appraisal. Proactive, is his communication style. Not only is he professional, but he's a very nice and personable man. He came into my home with a smile, told me what he needed and what he was going to do and we just talked life while he was getting the job done. He was also extremely efficient. He conducted my appraisal on a Monday and delivered the write up Wednesday. I would and will recommend Mike to anyone I know that needs their home appraised.

This pro was very thorough and professional delivered. The reports as promised was on time and speedy.

Mr. Johnson was extremely professional, prompt, complete and courteous. He finished his work quickly and his joyful demeanor helped to lighten the mood of a potentially stressful experience. The report came back prior to the expected date and was far more thorough than I had anticipated. I can highly recommend him, I will use him on future jobs and suggest that you do the same

Mr. Johnson was prompt in his follow-up. He did the job in a timely fashion and provided great customer service. I highly recommend him!

He me with me on time and gave me a fair market value for the two flat home my grandparents purchased in 1952 in Logan Square. Unfortanetly the estate had to be sold and I had no idea what it was worth being in the disrepair condition it was in. Mr. Johnson gave me a fair value of the home. And sent it to me that same day.

Mr Johnson was on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and very experienced. If want an unbiased opinion of market value or replacement cost, he is the right man to call. I highly recommend Mr Mike Johnson

It was appraisal job

M/J Johnson Appraisals did a fantastic job in appraising my property. I posted on Angi's list for an appraiser. I got several responses from local appraisers in my area. M/J Johnson Appraisals made an appointment to do the appraisal the same day. The appraisal fee was reasonable, customer service was great and I got the appraisal back in a timely manner. I would definitely hire M/J Johnson Appraisals again and highly recommend them for they are appraisal services. Ralph Smith Chicago, IL

I learned of Michael Johnson through Home Advisor; his service has a high rating on that home service platform. He responded quickly, scheduled the appraisal for two days after our conversation, showed up and performed the appraisal at the scheduled time and provided a thorough written appraisal before the week was out. Reliable, professional, prompt and thorough. Communicated well and promptly.

Fast , efficient and precise.. Thnx !

Pleasure to work with and very thorough report.

Mr Johnson was very efficient and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for an appraisal. He contacted me the same day I inquired about services and scheduled me an appointment for two days later. He got my appraisal back to me when he said he would, and didn’t prolong the process. This is a great company to work with.
