I specified I need to grade my yard and I need the top soil, he said it will only have a few fist size rocks as he held up his fist, but seemed like he had someone that did not work for him deliver whatever junk they needed to get rid of from a construction site, now I have huge bolders, the truck driver guy said where is my 100 and I just paid this guy 350,I felt like I got robbed and I cant do anything with the junk they left with pvc pieces, asphalt chunks and bricks, I will never use home advisor again, I just wasted money and I need to get rid of all these huge bolders.
