A wery good advice

We've worked with MJ on 3 large projects now on a north shore historic home and a condo in River North. The projects included plaster repair, ceiling and wall painting, staining, skim coating a textured plaster room with coved ceilings, highly detailed paint lines on coved ceilings, and placing a satin/mirror finish on coffered ceilings. We'd worked with a number of painters before working with MJ, and his work is unparalleled. His attention to detail is far beyond any contractor we've worked with. His pricing is always fair - we'd received ~15 quotes prior to our initial project with MJ. It is clear that he pursues excellence in his work and believes in executing projects the right way. He's always extremely professional. We are highly particular when it comes to painting and we've always been very happy with the work. I've recommended MJ extensively to others and highly recommend saving yourself the trouble of working with anyone else. MJ can be in high demand, so I recommend planning ahead, though he has been able to fit us in on short notice.

Martin did a wonderful job with painting the inside of my home. It looks beautiful! He was professional and communicated with me throughout the project. I will definitely use him again and recommended him to others.

We did extensive research and asked for multiple quotes before choosing to use him and we are so glad we did. Not only was he extremely reasonably priced, but MJ is extremely professional and easy to work with.

Above excellent. After 40+ years, it was way above time to paint. MJ was quick to respond, wonderful communication skills, price was very good, and work - excellent. I needed front/dining room, walls and celings repaired and painted, all trim (windows, doors, railings) painted, removed carpeting. He and Jana were so easy to work with I couldn't be more pleased. After the work was finished, he called to say he forgot to put a piece of furniture back, came the next day and graciously took down drapery rods which I had, after the fact, decided to remove. Perhaps sounding too gushy but so happy with the work, the personal experience and cannot find a complaint. Would/will recommend him withut hesitation.

Martin J. Orlowski performed well above my expectation. It was a pleasure to watch someone, truly in command of his work. There was drywalling, patching, sanding, priming and painting to do. All were completed in an efficient and systematic way. My curtain rods were even rehung exactly. I was always well informed and accommodated for scheduling. Martin was personable and positive about doing the work. The restoration seemed as important to him, as to me. The rest of my living area was always protected and extra care given to a complete clean up. I received old world value at a real fair price. I am very pleased with the final product.
