Great Response time. My water heater had leaked through my ceiling leaving water all over my laundry room and bed room. I had used Matt D. 2 years ago and found his #. I called him up and he was here within 60 min's draining my tank and had a new one installed within a few hours. Great job of cleaning up afterwards too.

M & J Plumbing did an outstanding job! They replaced a toilet, repaired another toilet and replaced the hot water heater. They were timely, followed up on our needs and quickly resolved our issues. very pleasant experience!

We had an emergency plumbing situation and this company showed up within 20 minutes of our phone call. His timeliness help save the sheet rock in our living room. We would definitely use him again.

We moved into a new house, and accepted the house 'as is' meaning many items on our to do list. Matt was timely, addressed the issue (a broken toilet) and had it done in no time. We also asked him to replace our antique water heaters and he was able to do it the next day.

Matt came from a doctors appointment in his personnel truck and diagnosed the problem right away. Went to a local hardware store for a part and had it fixed in no time. Price was very reasonable. Great customer service and will hire again when needed. I have found a plumber I can trust.

Spoke with the plumber for this company and let him know what I needed done. I was told he would call me within the next week to get the project done. Has been two weeks and have yet to hear anything. Poor customer service.

Jim with M&J came as promised to unclog backed up A/C condensate drain that flooded carpet in a bedroom. After stating the drain was clear, we brought in the restoration team to clean up carpets. Two days later, same drain was overflowing again. Had to call a second plumber – pipe was still severely clogged – had to snake the pipe and flush it. Of course, I had to get carpet restoration people back a second time. When confronted by myself and Home Advisor Customer Rep, Jim claimed he did nothing wrong, and didn’t even apologize for the second mess or offer to pay for any of the additional costs. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Lowes and home depo think they have all the business... forget them and use a company that believes in customer service! I highly recommend this company

We had an Excellent experience all around! Matt was very friendly, even to my talkative 6 year old son who thought it was very important that Matt see his room and toys. Not to mention his friendliness to our not so friendly dog who kept barking at him every time he walked in the house. He did an excellent job at finding and fixing a water leak that we knew nothing about until we received a higher than normal water bill in the mail. Personally, I felt that Matt was very honest and trustworthy. Let's face it; that is what all homeowners are looking for (someone who is honest and won't rip us off). Matt exceeded those expectations! We have a bath remodeling project coming up in the near future and we will definitely be calling Matt and YOU SHOULD TOO!
