Your Pro will start Tuesday, April 12 at 09:00 AM. This is the message that I received. It is May 27th and my concrete slab has not been installed. This company received amazing reviews from . However, this was not my experience. I hired this company in April and they agreed to start the 1st week of May. It is May 27th and the concrete is not poured. Per the owner, I am responsible for requesting my own permit. No problem, the permit was issued on May 17, but still no concrete pouring schedule. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General office and I have requested for another company to complete the work. The owner attempted to blame me for the issues, however I was more than patient and not in a rush for the job to be completed. What I am concerned about is the rebar and exposure of the plating over a holiday weekend which can result in injury. I have filed a formal complaint against , MJR Construction, and contact the Illinois Attorney General Office, Yorkville Building Department, and the Illinois Governor Office. I was advised that since I was seeking someone else to pour the concrete, that he wants nothing to do with the project anymore. It is laughable as it has been over a month since the first meeting and the concrete has not been poured. I would rather pay another contractor double the cost, than to waste anymore of my time with this company!

They were fantastic. Worked through multiple areas of concern with where I wanted to put the patio and a small existing pad. Even added piers at my request with offering additional things I would need for future enhancements that if I would have researched properly I might not have found on my own.

They were prompt and friendly. The job was completed on time. They care about their work and want to be sure you are satisfied. We also had them replace our window wells. Could not have been happier with their timelines and work.
