The guy stood us up on multiple occasions, which is very inconvenient when you are re-arranging your schedule and house for someone to come and complete some work. The most disgusting part is how he even lied about his family getting in a car accident as an excuse for not showing up. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and re-scheduled, but then he was a no-show again. So I can only assume the whole thing was a fabrication to save face. Do not waste your time!

there was little to no commnication as far as what to expect in the process we were given a quote and then after the started the work we were told is was going to cost $800.00 more, then we used a CC to pay for the service and was charged 4% additional for using CC. they also did not unpack all the boxes and the ground cover that was to be laid under the pool was left unopened in the box was discovered after the job was complete by us.
