"Customer was quoted over the phone based on his description of a simple light fixture that weighed less than 3 pounds.Upon arrival our tech notified the customer that his description did not represent the fixture that he wanted installed. The customer was informed before the work began that there would be additional charges. The light fixture had 4 separate light rings that were each suspended from aircraft cables. Each cable had to be adjusted to different lengths. If the customer had provided a correct description, he would have been quoted a different price and we would have sent 2 techs instead of 1."
