Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
This is the first time I used M&J services. I picked them based on their positive reviews and they did not disappoint. They contacted me promptly to set up time for an appointment, the technician Vinny was on-time, professional, courteous, friendly and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the process (my furnace wasn t working). I will continue to use them going forward and recommend them highly.

I appreciate that they give you a range of when they will arrive and are willing to give you a call 1/2 before arrival. The technician (speciality is air and heating - but also plumbsð ) was friendly, and neatly dressed. He did not leave a mess and was out within an hour. I fell their fee was reasonable. If sink is still free flowing in 30 days will rate them 5 stars for overall job.

Update: The owner and his wife worked with me 100% after I provided them the unfortunate information regarding the incident. As of July 10, 2019, the company provided me with my refund. I am satisfied with the outcome. Original Review: Technician lied about doing the work, lied it appears to his Boss, and misrepresented himself as a Partner. I had another opinion and prior pictures that verified his lack of completion and the work not done. If I had not taken the time to have pictures of my crawl space we would have lost over 2300 dollars. The owner told me he would refund my money. The experience was terrible!

We needed two window air conditioner units moved from the garage and installed in different rooms, one on the second floor. M & J Services was quick to return my call, and they came out early the next morning. Mike and Jacob were very professional, courteous, and did a great job, including cleanup. We are very pleased with their service, and would absolutely hire them again!

I received a fast response from M & J following my Home Advisor request. I had an appointment, but Michael still called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He was dressed neatly and was courteous & friendly. The job was more involved than I anticipated, but it was completed in good time. I would certainly call him again!

Michael and Jacob did a great job changing out 3 aged faucets that were original to the house. They were quick to set up an appointment for the job, prompt, and courteous. I will be hiring them again for future work as time and budget allows. I would recommend them.
