This contractor was hired to paint the interior of my residence in addition to installing laminate flooring and carpet in 2 bedrooms. He also provided minor electrical outlet installations. The contractor did not provide a written contract/estimate despite numerous requests. A contract for service was signed but he refuses to provide me with a copy. He used the excuse that he unfortunately did not have additional copies to provide. He did not use any drop cloths when painting and now my laminate flooring, along with the bedroom and living room carpet is ruined. Certain parts of the laminate hardwood flooring will have to be replaced. The bedroom and living room carpet will have to be replaced. I have numerous pictures of the damage and incomplete work. He was also supposed to provide minor landscaping services, which he did not perform. I hired another landscape contractor to perform the work, which will cost me even more money. I have taken this contractor to civil court for damages totaling $3000 and won. He has since threatened to sue me for slander. Once again the pictures do not lie and the Judge ruled in my favor. I would not recommend this contractor for any future work.

He did my carpet upstairs, framed in doors and hung them , rebuilt exterior wall due to rot, hung my cabinets, installed my,base and shoe molding too.

Extremely fair price, immediately responsive to need. Great communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
