Nope. He was rude as to my husband, Made him feel inadequate and was upset bc back of fridge was a little dusty. Aren't all refrigerators dusty behind them ???? Told my husband in a rude manner that he needs to come dust it . Then drug our refrigerator across new flooring as if there was no care to our floors. Argumentative and my husband told him to put the fridge back and please leave. So therefore our warranty for our 3.5 year old fridge was not repaired. When husband called the lady said he was their only technician bc we would have another come . Now we are out of all food in fridge and had to give up and buy a new one. Never using this repair service again.
