The Mussers were courteous and easy to work with. They did a great job on our carpets, even the hallway dirt track disappeared! They were also true to their warranty. We had a few stubborn spots that came back. When Zeke came out again, I expected that he would just clean the spots and that would be it. That wasn't all - he cleaned the entire house again! The carpets look great. I will definitely have them out again.

They did a great job on cleaning my carpets and were very nice and polite. There was one issue, with an area rug which they resolved to my satisfaction. Standing behind their word, I would use them again.

After some confusion at first about the cost as my rooms were bigger than they expected we settled on a price. I have to say they did an amazing job. Actually the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had done.

I was very impressed by the Musser brothers. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were on time. Courteous and professional. Did a very good job cleaning my carpets. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

They are very unprofessional. They used a strange chemical on my rug and the color has changed. They also left in the middle of the job. I was pushed out two weeks waiting on their services, which has been a waste of time.

I was told they would show up at 10 am. I called the company and they said they always give a window of 2 hours... I told them I was not told that and they said well that's the way we do it.... they got to my home and one person did the work and the other sat on my chair and watched. When they were finished the man writing up the bill

"Sorry that you weren't satisfied We have a two hour window slot because we usually have more than one job a day and some jobs can take longer than others, plus they can be in two totally different areas. As for the cleaning, only one person can clean at a time, that's why you seen one person sitting down. We will take this into consideration thanks for your feedback."

I found Musser Bro's Carpet cleaning here on home advisor. After getting a few other estimates decided to give them a try. Matt and Zeke came in and ready to work on time. They both were courteous and professional. My carpets and furniture look amazing. Thanks guys.
