I had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Koons. He was very professional and friendly. The only thing I questioned was, the price was the same for mounting the TV as opposed to installing the wiring behind the walls.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH DEALING WITH CONTRACTORS. WE HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT AND HE WAS UNABLE TO MEET THE DEADLINE AND LEFT WITHOUT COMPLETING THE WORK. THE WORK HE COMPLETED HAD TO BE CORRECTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANYTHING.

I liked the service provided by MKCC, along with a very reasonable total quote of my project. Other vendors gave me quotes 45% higher, for the exact same project... Let me add that the quality of his work is very good and would use his services again in my next project.

Mark called me the very next day after I had gotten your phone call. He asked me to explain my problem to him, which I did and he wanted to know if any one would be around the house that very same day! I told him that I worked 2nd Shift, that wasn't a problem for him. He showed up bright and early the NEXT day, fixed my problem in record time, and charged me EXACTLY what he quoted to me on the phone (VERY REASONABLE!). I was reluctant to call or e-mail him at first because his business address is in Muncie, IN. , so I figured he would charge more than I thought was fair, but I was pleasantly surprised. M K is Fantastic!!! THANK YOU!
