Shortly after our asphalt was laid crab grass grew up through the asphalt, there was a Pitt joke that was not filled, they failed to remove debris before laying the pavement. They put a painted membrane over our side walk which is cracking and they failed to fill the crack and chunk missing before applying this membrane. The drive way now is splitting and unraveling/it is gravel no longer pavement. Mike Sharp has promised to revisit the drive way, he sent another contractor to fill the pot joke missed! the issues are much greater than this pot hole. My husband telephoned Mike Sharp and he told my husband that if he would meager him alone that he would fix the issues with the poor quality work. My husband again asked him if he would do the repairs or would we need to hire an attorney, Mike replied that he has his attorney on stand by. He ended the call stating that he had an important call and that he would telephone back. We have text Mike for nearly a year asking for these issues to be resolved. He promised that he would do so last November, the time came and went, no response to our text of telephone calls to Mike Sharp. I do not recommend this contractor.

I hired MKS Asphalt to install a new 1/4 circle driveway and then asphalt both the new driveway and the existing driveway, Mike Sharp, his son, and crew were extremely professional and performed the job, exceeding my expectations, in 2 days. Mike told me the date/time he would show up and was very prompt. The first day they installed the base for the new circle driveway and then came back the next week (after the base had settled and temperatures improved). I also had concerns about my low-voltage lighting, where I wanted to have conduit installed under the base so I could run 12-gauge wire under the driveway. Mike did this to meet my requirements and made sure I was happy. They even moved some large boulders that I had and made sure they were in place where I wanted them. Mike, his son, and team members were all extremely polite and easy to work with. Overall I was extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them for any asphalt work.

Every step dealing with MSK/Mike Sharpe was excellent. They started the work on schedule and completed it in a shorter timeframe than expected. MSK went above and beyond to ensure they fulfilled everything we requested, We had a drainage problem and they modified the asphalt in that area to rectify the problem. We would and have recommended MSK already to many friends and neighbors.

These guys were great! Honesty, integrity, good pricing, and quick to get the job done. They removed the old retraining wall and built a new one, and repaired the whole driveway in asphalt. No more bumps and craters. Very happy camper! Highly Recommend!

The work performed by MKS/Mike Sharp was excellent from the proposal to the completion of the job. Mike followed up promptly when I contacted the company for an estimate to pave my driveway, and the work was scheduled 2 days later. The crew arrived timely, and they were both professional and friendly. MKS did a great job, and I would recommend this company without hesitation.
