Matt was a pleasure to work with and responsive to my needs. His crew and subs were great and did very good work. His recommendations to improve the overall project were timely and well received! He took the time to make sure I was satisfied including selection of the components which were part of the project. We were extremely pleased to have selected Universal Matrix for our bathroom renovation! Matt and his crew did an outstanding job!

Don't think I could have gotten this experience with anyone else.

Matt is a troubleshooter and problem solver. He is honest and will tell you what he can and cannot do and what probably is best for your house from his knowledge and experience. I wanted my deck waterproofed but I have a lot of rain and moisture. Matt used a very good product but moisture in the wood is still present. It will eventually dry out because the deck has been sealed. Matt is willing to keep track of this project and make corrections as the drying continues. I feel good about his attitude, that he didn't just walk away like other contractors might do. .

They were very responsive even on the weekend and had the work done fast. Good poeple

M Kaneshiro sent someone he'd never met out to do estimate, this person did not have my address, showed up 30 minutes early, messed with track lighting in kitchen and then it did not work at all. M Kaneshiro sent me an estimate for six hours labor for $500.00, I declined and told him why, he called me and apologized and insisted on sending out Naka and Lawrence, I said they would only install a new faucet and new track lighting one hour labor max. Naka and Lawrence got lost showed up 30 minutes late and spent 3.5 hours in my kitchen and charged me $367.00 to replace one faucet and one track light. M Kaneshiro came apologized, Not impressed.

Company is very knowledgeable of the construction field and building permit process.

M. Kaneshiro was expedient in finding me a handyman/carpenter. The carpenter was first rate quality - best I have had work on a project for our home in a very long time. The work was completed quickly and excellently. M Kaneshiro and Associates, Inc. is an execellent company. I will use them again in the future for any projects for our home.

I was very satisfied with the installation of my new door. Job was done on a timely basis and reasonably priced.
