He came and installed the door quickly but while installing the door knob he broke a piece off. On top of that he cracked the door trim and didn't replace it with a fresh piece. I asked how he was going to fix it and he said that he would come back and touch things up and sand it down to fix it. When he came back all he did was try to caulk and paint over the areas that were broken. Once he was done he tried to charge me for the materials even though he was supposed to be fixing his mistakes. I paid him thinking when he came back he would fix the things he messed up but he told me a painter would have to fix the rest. I am disappointed with how things turned out and now need to find a way to fix things. (Please ignore that the part above the door is not finished and painted. We agreed that I would have a painter finished that piece because he is not a professional painter.)
