Did not do the work as quoted and WAY OVERCHARGE for what he DID do....which I could of done on my own for MUCH LESS!!!

Matt and his crew did a great job.

Very hard-working, dependable, and good insight on how to best shape the landscape. Easy to talk with and confident. Excellent job and very neat.

Offered several different options to fix the lawn and performed the work as promised

Matt was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done. He did exactly what he promised in the quote. He was very personable as well. I will use again without hesitation.

I mostly thought the work was overpriced. We also had difficulty getting them to show up on the dates that were set. Once the work was completed I liked the results but have since noticed that a few of the daylilies we wanted dug up are still there. On the plus side, they were the "only game in town" no one else that was recommended would even take the job or were out of business.

Recently hired for grass treatments. Knowledgeable and just started crabgrass treatments.

Matt and his crew did a great job in a very timely manner, I was late in the season and it was wet- they worked over this hurdle and got the job done. I will definitely be working Matt again.

completes work in a timely manor. seems very interested in doing a good job. won't push for more work that is not needed. will ask if there is anything else you want done.

Initially he was very cordial, returned my calls. His rate was same as one of the other one I received, except that he didn't quote a service tax. He was OK mowing every other week and I was satisfied with his service initially. However, very soon he stopped showing up when he was supposed to, when questioned he said its his wish. Did not clean up after mowing, leaving clippings all over my lawn..Never gave me any invoice for the services rendered!!! When asked for the invoice, he included service tax not present in the original quote!!! I will not take his service again

I would give a higher rating..but he picked a day to clean my yard right after a rain storm, and so there was leaves and thing left where they were to wet to be blown. I felt bad that his co-worker could not help him due to an injury, so he tried to do it all his self. Very nice person, but it would have been better if it hadn't rain and if his co-worker could of helped him. I respect him for what he did get done by his self.

The lawn services provided are both professional and friendly. The outcome, a beautifully manicured lawn and flower beds. The snow plowing service is the best received from three different snow plowing services. MLC Maintenance Service comes by to check the conditions of the drive to verify that it is cleared of snow.

As far as we, myself, daughter and son-in-law, Matt did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations in completing the job, and following up after the job was complete! We will hopefully use Matt in the future once we are ready to cut in the planting beds, and installing trees and plants on the property. We have been talking with him about future jobs. I would highly recommend him to others looking for landscape jobs.

I was blown away by MLC. They did a fantastic job. My yard was a bit of a disaster zone, I had leaves covering 1/3 of an acre and my grass was a bit long in some areas. Also pruned my flower bed, getting it ready for winter. All of the waste was removed. I came home to a beautiful yard. My neighbors thought MLC did a great job too, lots of compliments.

MLC Maintenance Service, did an Excellent Job!! on my yard. I was not present when service was provided. But it was like I was there. Everything I mention was taking care of. I will defintley use them again :)

Service was performed timely and to our complete satisfaction. Will continue to use this company.
