Tui and Pae were an incredible team. They were fabulous to work with and so responsive to our project. They did not require payment until we were 100% satisfied. They are two of the hardest working subs we've ever worked with. It rained on the night they poured the cement and although they protected the project as much as they possibly could, they stayed with it until the wee hours of the night, making sure it turned out just right. It's hard to find subs that take such great pride in their work. But ML Construction does. I don't understand any customer who could not have a great experience with them. We have already talked to them about the pouring a new circular driveway in a year or so, and look forward to working with them again. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Tui and his crew did FANTASTIC work. I hired them to install a driveway extension and RV pad on the side of my house. I got bids from 6-7 companies and ML came in towards the lower end and could start the job about a week after the estimate. Everything about the install was done the right way- instead of pouring concrete on top of dirt they laid and packed gravel first, tied the concrete to the house's foundation with rebar (which a lot of companies skimp over and use expansion joints instead to save money and time), and they even hauled away the excess dirt that needed to be removed (all other bids from companies wanted extra money to do this or just wouldn't do it at all). Even the driver of the concrete truck said he works with Tui all the time and he said ML did the best job of all the crews he delivers concrete to. They even repaired a crack in my driveway at no additional charge. When they were working, I asked Tui if he could cut out a 7'x7' concrete landing pad from the stairs going out my back door into the backyard and he was happy to help with my last minute request. The fee he wanted for him to do that extra work was buy his crew lunch! I was more than happy to pay that small fee! It has now been a year and half since the install (sorry the review didn't come in earlier, Tui!) and the concrete has held up perfectly. The RV pad is on the north side of my house and winter hasn't affected it at all. I have had 15,000 pounds of concrete pavers and gravel delivered onto the RV pad for a large project in the backyard and was worried about the weight making the concrete crack. But sure enough, it held strong. My parents are now in the need of a new driveway and I will be HIGHLY referring ML to do their install. I also recommend anybody else in the need of concrete work to bypass getting bids from anyone else and go directly to ML! Tui and company- thank you very much!

ML was quick to make contact re the required work. The estimate was quickly provided and very reasonable. Due to local area weather, the work was delayed a few days but ML was quick to reschedule the job. They arrived on time, with all the necessary personnel and equipment and completed the work in one day, which was surprising. And the work was extremely well done. They were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with their work. They came when they said, helped with little things we were working on, communicated with us when there was a weather delay, and were hard workers. I highly recommend them. We are having them do my parent's driveway now.

Another company botched a concrete lifting job at my home and left a mess. ML Construction did a fantastic job correcting the damage and replacing a damaged walkway and drainage pipe. I had ML add a driveway lane for me while they were at it. I am very pleased with the experience and the quality of work that ML Construction did. Everything is great now. I had been concerned about sprinkler pipes and drainage pipes in the area. ML Construction was careful about rerouting and adjusting things before pouring the concrete. They did a great job and the price was right.

Kisina was prompt in getting out to my home to give me a bid. I was surprised at how fair his bid was. The project included tearing out an existing driveway, removing a tree, tearing out a side yard and concreting both the driveway and large pad. The crew was friendly and completed the project quickly. Their work was exceptional. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cement work - big or small. I was so impressed with how quickly the project was done. It looks terrific!! The workers were extremely polite and courteous. They were careful with the area around the project. Their clean up was immaculate. I would hire them again in a flash.

I would highly recommend them for concrete work. Everyone on the team was very professional and friendly. Their price and value was extremely good. They paid close attention to detail, worked very efficiently, and the job was completed on time and on budget. A+++ They removed an old cracked driveway, excavated a side portion of the house to extend a pad for additional parking. They added gravel, compacted well, tied in rebar, and poured a good solid driveway and a coat of sealant on top. I am very pleased with the results and would certainly use them again.

I liked these workers very much so this review is with mixed feelings. Felt that my job was fit in with other work. They would assure me that they would be out one day and didn't show. Last day of pour it rained very hard and I had to hurry and cover the work after they left. I hired to pour a shed slab that had to be square. I was assured it was but it wasn't. When shed builders came it was 3 inches out of square. They were able to align very close but this shouldn't have happened. They also were in a hurry to brush the cement, when it wasn't ready for the finish work and left uneven strokes and areas with a rougher appearance. Make sure you have everything down in detail that you want done in the contract. They insisted on charging me more for work that I had thought was included. They worked very hard on the project. But for some some things I would hire someone else.

Our job was a big one. We had foundation work retaining wall's and flat work that needed to be done. They did an acceptable job. It was a little more than they had anticipated but they worked hard and got the job done.

They were sonice to work with and very respectful. I would highly recommend them. Nothing but good things to say!
