At first they were very helpful in getting things done however, once they recieved the payment in full & I needed to further assisatance they were no longer helpful. Actually, it's has been well over a month and they have yet to return my call. I have also found out they neglected to contact the power company to have the meter installed which I was told they would take care of but now I am doing it all myself. My panel is also not labeled to where we know exactly which switch controls which room so we are really no better than we were before. Obviously I am not satisfied with my panel upgrade.

appointment was made for 9am. called around 10 and said he'll be there in a half hour, he never showed up til around 2pm. electrician was just so cocky. there's a big difference in being confident and just plain out arrogant. electrician never listened to what we had to say. we told him that he was'nt supposed to do the connection to the hot tub, just run the wires and he just blew us off and said he's done lotss of these and know what he's doing. For what he charged another electrician charged the same but the other electrician would have buried the wire instead of having a big old tube running across the house like a big eye soar. we would never reccommend him to anyone we know.

Excellent service and very professional, will be calling him again for future jobs.
