Mario first installed crown molding in three large rooms, then we hired him to paint our home interior. On both jobs he had the lowest bid. Will definitely hire ML again.

Drywall repair has been exceptional to date. I would highly recommend ML Construction for any drywall repair project.!

I could not be more pleased. The price Mario quoted me was very reasonable and even though I asked him to repair a couple more areas than we had discussed, he did not charge extra. He decided on his own to improve an area that did not meet with his satisfaction at no extra charge. All work was done professionally. Mario is pleasant to deal with and very honest. Mario is knowledgeable and consciensus and does really good work. His price was fair and we were really satisfied with the finished job. He was a pleasure to work with and we definitely recommend him.

The gas company came and told me that I needed to reinforce my attic before they would inspect a gas heater. Mario came in and showed me that they were just lazy. He told to buy some wood, place it in the attic and call it a day. It worked and Mario did it free of charge.

They responded quickly and did very good work for a fair price when replacing counter tops in my apartment. What more could I ask for ?

Unfortunately, the workmanship wasn't great. He would say things, and then not do them. E.g. when he quoted me a price, I told him that the project needed to be striped, sanded, primed and painted. Then when he did the job, he ONLY PAINTED. When it came out ugly, he had to redo everything by sanding striping etc. He IS willing to redo anything that you aren't happy with, so thats good. But YOU have to bring it up. Even then, he never called me back to fix one small thing. Lastly, there were paint drips on the floor. He said "that was already there." The floors were refinished the day before!

Always kept me updated on what was fining on with the projects, on time if not early. Very good at returning phone calls.

After meeting with a few contractors who were trying to-- GAUGE me with their estimates, I met with Mario, from ML Contractors. First of all, he's a nice guy. Second, he's knowledgeable and reasonable with his prices. He explained to me (in detail) the process and the completion time. Also, he gave me a few suggestions that might enhance my railing, and it did. His finishing guy Oscar, is VERY experienced and crafty. The composite rail came out AMAZING. In short, if you're a person that checks reviews, there's a reason he has many. I will hire him for a few other projects.

Mario was terrific - He is very knowledgeable and his prices were fair for the work performed., and he did many little extras that we appreciated. He came when he said he would come over several visits. We'd call him again when we have more improvements to do.

Mario did a great job. The construction was great, timely and cost was very reasonable. I had to call them back to finish the painting as the worker missed spots. He tried to finish it in the dark so he wouldn't have to come back. That is the only reason I have 4 1/2 rather than 5 stars. A good company.

I used HomeAdvisor for the first time. I wanted to do the research myself and ask all the necessary questions, and ensure there was accountability to the work. I was skeptical that HomeAdvisor might be building up ML Construction as some sort of business arrangement. But after taking a chance on ML Construction, I learned the reviews were real. I asked for professional looking work, and to make a room in my home look brand new. Mario delivered, and he did it in the timeframe communicated during the estimate. His prices are fair. He'll get more of our business for sure!

WOW !!! What a great experience for a change. I interviiewed several contractors for a few custom improvements in our kitchen & family room. Mario seemed to be the most knowledgable . I also selected him for his creative imput. Although there were un- forseen complications; he managed to remedy them at no additional cost to me. Mario & his crew rendered excellent quality of work. They were punctual, clean & very considerate. I intend to hire him again & I am happy to recomend him to anyone. Great value for the money.....

ML Construction consulted with us about all aspects of the job prior to estimates and work beginning. They worked around our schedule and were on time consistently. The set realistic dates for completion with great honesty. The outcome was a superb job that was timely and charged at a genuinely fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Mario is tremendously honest about his knowledge and experience. He has never lost the art of craftsmanship. This job has allowed them to become THE contractor for my home.

It was very clear that they had many years of experience in construction. They took time to explain the cause of the water leakage and fixed it. The work was completed in 2 days and was expertly done.

Mario is experienced and knows where to find professional licensed subcontractor like dandlelectric.com, and does not perform basic electrical work when he knows he is not certified, so he does things right by getting the qualified experts to do the total job. Carlos ( dry wall specialist as is Mario) did a great job. They do what they say they will do at the beginning and always keep in contact with the customer if decisions need to be made. I was unavailable many times, so they made the right decision to proceed. Its his attention to the details that you won't find with other contractors.
