Great quality product sold. We bought an awning with a drop screen and it really helps block the western sun in the late afternoon early evening when it is low in the sky. Michael knows his stuff and made a great recommendation for us with the drop shade. We couldn't be happier. The installers were thorough, clean, and explained everything clearly for us.

Very good. bought a sunesta model for the shore a year ago but wanted an awning at home. MLH offered Eclipse and the product was a little pricier but is a much better quality than the sunesta one at our shorehouse. Possibly going to replace that one in the future. recommended

We had hurricane damage and needed to get our aluminum awning taken care of right away. Their staff were quick with an appointment, a quote i could pass to the insurance company, turnaround and the install. The installers were quick, thorough, and when i had questions they answered all of them easily. I may get another one for another area of my home next spring since this was a great experience.

MLH quickly came out and helped replace our glass in our cafe storefront after a bad storm. Did a quick board up and were out with new glass for our window right away. We have a custom size so it did take a few days to come in from the manufacturer but since it was boarded up it was ok. Mike was quick and easy to work with.

Came out to help repair the awning very quick. Was very knowledgeable on issue and help us with suggestions.

All these 5 star reviews are wonderful until u have the slightest issue with them, then u see the claws come out. I have received nasty emails, my email to honor a warranty issue has been ignored, I would not do business with this company or get their eclipse awnings. They are not good. Mine is one year old and I can not get them to fix it, then or eclipse. So, I am always skeptical when a company has all five star reviews, and u should be too.

Before hiring MLH I was comparing prices for my new retractable awning. Not only were they extremely professional but they also got back to me quicker than any of the rest. The customer service preformed beyond my expectations. The installers were so thorough and took time to show me every little bit and bobble about my new purchase. I have recommended them to many friends.

I had fabric replaced on my awning. Service was excellent and we love it. In comparing prices locally, MLH was the best and had the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

Great work - great craftsmanship. It was a bit pricier that I initially budgeted for, but the quality seems to be great. I did think it was a bit steep, but at the end of the day I have a very good product installed on my home.
