Reviews right after the job are kind of meaningless so I thought I would wait a bit to do my review. I hired Michael to retrofit my concrete pool with a liner at the end of the summer 2016. The summer of 2017 was a nightmare with respect to my swimming pool. The liner didn't fit well, and was remade and still didn't fit adequately. Underneath the liner kept filling up with water and he did nothing to intelligently figure out why. He just reacted and pumped the water out only to have it refill again. I paid for truckloads upon truckloads of water (thousands of dollars) in hopes that I could have a usable swimming pool. This spring when I finally removed the liner I found some interesting things. He installed some sort of metal plate under the liner where my light was and it was thoroughly rusted. Shouldn't a swimming pool contractor know what kinds of materials to use in a pool that won't rust so quickly. Maybe this was only intended to be a short term job. He had to build out the skimmer and I still don't know what material was used in there but it's disintegrating. I also asked him to fix the one water return into the pool so that we could run the vacuum and filter simultaneously and he decided that it would be more cost effective to get a new robot which we did. When we called last year and told him that it wasn't working, he never did anything about it. Since he purchased it we didn't even hold the warranty. We thought that maybe it would work once the liner was removed, but it's not the case so we bought a very expensive robot and basically were never able to use it. I guess now I have to purchase a new robot too. EVERYTHING about that job was inferior. The only thing I can say that is even remotely good was that he did show up when we called because there was water under the liner. In retrospect, I believe whatever material he used to patch the skimmer with caused the water to get under the liner. I believe I am entitled to some settlement for the total inferior job that was done with my pool.

If I could give Mike 10 stars I would. He's fast to communicate and start the job. Your satisfaction is VERY important to him. Would hire him again in an instance. Had one very minor problem, I called him and he was here in 20 minutes and had the problem fixed. If you want someone reliable, polite, and has extreme job knowledge, hire this Man. You can't go wrong.

Very fast service, job done started 4 days after initial contact and completed in a couple of hours by one man. Great Job Michael.

He communicated effectively, was on time, cleaned up his work and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. He took his time to go over questions I had.
