Mike responded quickly and was able to go look at my a/c within about 2 hours. This property is not my primary home and is is a different state than my primary. I wasn't there to see what he replaced but he said it was a capacitor on my A/C unit. He charged $325 to replace what was probably a $5-$10 item, which I thought was a little high but he was already there and I would have owed a service call if he didn't repair it so..... The guy that is living at the property said the A/C started cooling immediately and that was the desired outcome. When I called him to arrange payment over the phone he told me that if I needed yo use him again that it would most likely be cheaper due to this was an initial service call.

Response from Company:

System not service for years A/C not working when I arrived. Your system was completely checked out, troubleshot the compressor AMP draws made checked Refri pressures check SUBCOOL and SUP Heat located problem CALL you before I made any REPAIRS told you my cost 325.00 YOU said Ok I am sorry you are unhappy if your system stops again, please call FREE service call.

Made appointment for two hours after I called them, I figured it would take a couple of days. Quickly found and fixed the problem with my a/c and then checked to make sure everything else was up to spec. Very happy with this company and technician!

Mr. Jemison set a specific service time rather than a window and arrived ready to work a few minutes before this set time. Though he noticed something that could need to be replaced in the future, he did not try to upsell. Rather he completed his hired task professionally and quickly. I will call again.
